Return Policy

All Sales are Final. No refunds, or Exchanges.

Refunds and Exchanges are only valid if theres a mistake or issue with a product made within the company.

All tags must be attached, unworn, clean in original packaging, and not damaged.

Customer must notify customer care of any issues within 7 days after product has been delivered.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.

Product must be returned to your local postal facility within the 7 day period and proof of drop off (receipt) must be submitted to customercare@rubikss.com. 

Failure to notify customer care of any issue, or proof of return drop off within 7 days after your item has been delivered. Will result in an invalid refund or exchange.
